Refund policy

Our return policy allows customers to return eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit on the Online Store (original order shipping fees are not refundable). Customers
must pay the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for any shipping damage or lost parcels on return shipment.

Items must be unopened or lightly used and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of product receipt.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Returns on items received after 30 days will be accepted at Hair Products Hub discretion.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment after the return has been received and approved by us.
